Reconstruction, maintenance work and repairs using mobile special tools

Our field technicians carry out reconstruction, maintenance work and repairs at the customer’s site. We have all required mobile tools for such jobs, e.g.,

• Hose presses
• Pipe bending machines
• Press tools for cutting ring and crimped unions

Walform process

Even the Walform process is not a problem for us. The Walform process is a positive pipe fitting process in which the tube end is mechanically reshaped to produce a positive and unbreakable connection (similar to a standard pipe bending machine mandrel bending machine for pipes up to Ø 60 mm welding cone), the only possible leakage path being sealed off by an elastomer ring. Welded joints can be produced on request.
